I came across some Microsoft promotional material from 1992 in early 2003.  Having just played around with making a DVD and VCD from the Fall 1990 Comdex keynote by Bill Gates, "Information At Your Fingertips," I was amused with this knockoff (or, more generously, spinoff) marketing.  I had been investing in MSFT stock in an IRA retirement fund account for several years before accepting a job at MS in August 1991, so I might have received this as a stockholder (my guess) or as an employee.

The images above were scanned at 150 dots per inch using an HP ScanJet 5470C (according to Windows XP's Device Manager) directly from FrontPage 2002 using v3.1 of the HP scan software.  JPEG quality is 96% for the full-size images, 90% for the "thumbnails" visible on this page.  Dave has no idea why they have herringbone artifacts in the few small images.
